Is that hard to do? Is it hard to relax and place yourself in the alpha level? Is it hard to daydream about shedding the old fat unattractive unhealthy body you are living in and awakening the beauty that is sleeping within you?

It is not hard to relax. What is difficult... is making that first decision.

Once you decide to do it, the rest is easy.

You can go to your level and change the way you think, you can motivate yourself from within, the way the superstars do, so that instead of being driven by slick advertising to want chemical and fat laden foods that have no nutritional value, you will be driven by your own internal wisdom to crave the activities and the foods that will give you what your body really wants.

Here is a "secret" that a lot of people don't understand:

You can't improve your self-esteem and self-image by focusing yourself. You do it by doing worthwhile things, things that uplift humanity. You do it by becomming a role model and inspiring others and helping them achieve more and helping them also become role models who help others.

It doesn't take any forceful effort. In fact, it you try to force it to happen, it won't happen. Force belongs to the physical dimension. In the mental dimension you attract what you want.

It is like daydreaming. Enter your level and dream of the body you want, and what you are doing to get it. Think of all the benefits you will receive; the more benefits you think of, the more motivated you will be and the easier it will be to achieve your goal.

Remember: This sort of daydreaming works at the alpha level, what Jose Silva named the "inner conscious level." This puts the power of your "sub-conscious mind" to work for you instead of against you.

When you enter the alpha level, he explained, you are able to use more of your brain, the so-called sub-conscious. You are able to use the sub-conscious consciously. "But that's a contradiction," he explained. "If you are using it consciously, it is no longer sub- or beneath - our conscious awareness, so we needed a new term."

And that, he said, is what he considers the greatest contribution of his research: Developing the inner conscious level.

Because of that, you can change from the inside out. You can motivate yourself from within. You can even learn to develop and use your intuition to get information and solve more problems.

You might ask, Can't somebody else motivate me? Sure. There are plenty of coaches and aerobics instructors and fitness gurus who are experts at motivating people. The problem is, what do you do when they are not around?

The best motivation comes from within you. Nobody knows what you need as well as you know. Nobody knows how to increase your desire as well as you know.
